Welcome to Daktarcai.com, a telehealth platform owned and operated by D Huda Tech UK CA Limited. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, mobile applications, and website. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Exemption & User Acknowledgment Clause
Daktarcai.com is a third-party technology platform that connects users with independent, licensed healthcare professionals. We do not provide direct medical services, diagnosis, testing, or treatment. All medical responsibilities lie solely with the individual doctors or their clinics.
Some features (e.g., symptom analysis) use third-party AI tools like Kopernika, and are for educational purposes only. Any automated health content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
By using Daktarcai.com, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that the platform is not liable for any medical outcomes.
2. Our Services
We provide digital access to licensed doctors, therapists, and health tools. We are not a hospital or emergency service. Call local emergency services if urgent help is needed.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or use the platform under parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, updated information.
4. Account & Security
You are responsible for your account security. Do not share passwords or impersonate others. Report suspicious activity immediately. You may request account deletion by emailing help@daktarcai.com.
5. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All medical advice comes from licensed professionals. Daktarcai.com is not liable for treatment outcomes. Our mental health support is not a replacement for emergency psychiatric care.
6. Payments & Refunds
You agree to pay applicable fees. Payments are securely processed via SSL-compliant gateways. Missed appointments may be non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software are owned by D Huda Tech UK CA Limited. Do not copy, distribute, or use without written consent.
8. Changes to Services
We may modify or discontinue features at any time based on compliance, demand, or upgrades.
9. Data Privacy
Refer to our Privacy Policy for data usage. We may use anonymized data for research and development.
10. Mental Health Services
By using this service, you consent to speak with certified professionals. This is not emergency care. All data is kept confidential unless law requires disclosure. Minors must have parental consent.
11. Limitation of Use
You agree not to:

- Harass doctors or staff
- Use the service for fraudulent or harmful purposes
Violation may result in account suspension.
12. DG Health Bangladesh Disclaimer
All services are 100% virtual. Daktarcai.com does not operate physical clinics or provide in-person procedures like injections. DGHS licensing is not applicable to our digital-only model. Doctors are solely responsible for complying with health authority rules.
13. BMDC Licensing & Doctor Responsibility
All doctors must be BMDC-licensed. Daktarcai.com only verifies credentials at onboarding. Any violation or misconduct by a doctor is their sole liability.

14. User Rights & Remedies

১. দায়মুক্তি ও সম্মতির ধারা
Daktarcai.com কেবল একটি প্রযুক্তিগত প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যা লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত চিকিৎসকদের সঙ্গে ব্যবহারকারীদের যুক্ত করে। আমরা সরাসরি চিকিৎসা, পরীক্ষা বা চিকিৎসা ফলাফল দিই না।
রোগ বিশ্লেষণসহ কিছু ফিচার Kopernika-এর মতো AI টুল দ্বারা চলে এবং এগুলো শিক্ষামূলক। কোনো চিকিৎসা সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার আগে ডাক্তার পরামর্শ নেওয়া আবশ্যক।
এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করে আপনি স্বীকার করছেন যে Daktarcai.com চিকিৎসা ফলাফলের জন্য দায়ী নয়।
২. পরিষেবা বিবরণ
আমরা অনলাইন ডাক্তারের অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট, মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য সহায়তা এবং স্বাস্থ্য টুল প্রদান করি। জরুরি সেবা নয়। জরুরি প্রয়োজনে ৯৯৯-এ কল করুন।
৩. যোগ্যতা
আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে বা অভিভাবকের সম্মতি থাকতে হবে। আপনাকে সঠিক ও আপডেট তথ্য দিতে হবে।
৪. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও নিরাপত্তা
নিজের অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তার জন্য আপনি দায়ী। পাসওয়ার্ড শেয়ার করা নিষিদ্ধ। সন্দেহজনক ব্যবহার হলে অবিলম্বে জানাবেন। একাউন্ট ডিলিট করতে ইমেইল করুন help@daktarcai.com।
৫. চিকিৎসা ও দায়সীমা
চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ প্রদান করেন লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত ডাক্তাররা। চিকিৎসার ফলাফলের দায়ভার Daktarcai.com নেবে না। মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যসেবা জরুরি মনোরোগ চিকিৎসার বিকল্প নয়।
৬. পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড
আপনাকে নির্ধারিত ফি প্রদান করতে হবে। SSL সুরক্ষিত গেটওয়ে ব্যবহৃত হয়। সময়মতো বাতিল না করলে রিফান্ড নাও হতে পারে।
৭. কপিরাইট ও কনটেন্ট
সব কনটেন্ট ও সফটওয়্যার D Huda Tech UK CA Limited-এর মালিকানাধীন। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
৮. সেবা পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় ফিচার পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করতে পারি।
৯. গোপনীয়তা নীতি
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ব্যবহারের জন্য আমাদের Privacy Policy দেখুন। গবেষণার জন্য নামহীনভাবে ডেটা ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
১০. মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য সেবা
এই ফিচার ব্যবহারে আপনি একজন লাইসেন্সধারী থেরাপিস্টের সঙ্গে কথা বলছেন, এটি জরুরি সেবা নয়। সব তথ্য গোপন রাখা হয়। নাবালকদের ক্ষেত্রে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি আবশ্যক।
১১. ব্যবহার সীমাবদ্ধতা
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে:
- ভুয়া তথ্য দেবেন না
- ডাক্তারদের হেনস্থা করবেন না
- বেআইনি কাজে সাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না
এই শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
১২. DG Health Bangladesh সম্পর্কিত ঘোষণা
আমাদের সব সেবা ভার্চুয়াল। কোনো ইন-পার্সন সেবা নেই। তাই DGHS-এর অনুমোদন প্রযোজ্য নয়। ডাক্তারদের স্বাস্থ্য নীতিমালা মানা তাদের দায়িত্ব।
১৩. BMDC লাইসেন্স ও দায়িত্ব
Daktarcai.com-এ থাকা সকল চিকিৎসক BMDC-অনুমোদিত। ডাক্তারদের ব্যক্তিগত সিদ্ধান্ত ও আচরণের দায় তাদের নিজস্ব।

১৪. ব্যবহারকারীর অধিকার ও প্রতিকার
যদি আপনি ভুল চিকিৎসা, প্রতারণা বা অসন্তোষজনক সেবা পান, তাহলে support@daktarcai.com-এ অভিযোগ করতে পারেন। আমরা তদন্ত করে ব্যবস্থা নেব। প্রয়োজনে আইনি সহায়তা দেওয়া হবে।
১৫. শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি আপডেট করতে পারি। পরিবর্তনের পরেও ব্যবহার করলে তা গ্রহণযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
